Kedgeree

Mum cooked an incredible breakfast for Niamh and I our first morning of the holiday. Kedgeree I had heard of before, but never knowingly eaten. It's lovely; though a considerable meal for first thing in the day - a brunch special supremo. It was also excellent to have a bit of a proper hello and howdy with Ma and Pa, and R&B who came over for the nosh too. Cracking way to start the holiday. Topped up with tea, toast, croissants and coffee too!
